Designed to recreate the flavor of the typical county-seat town of mid-nineteenth Ohio, at the time of the Civil War, the Ohio Village is adjacent to the Ohio Historical Center in Columbus. It remains open since then to all school students, tourists & even special public & private events.

Various events are organized all through the year. Some of them are the Ohio Cup Vintage Base Ball Festival, Country Living Fair, All Hallow’s Eve. Dickens of a Christmas is another event to be organized out here. The Vintage Cup Festival is a celebration of America’s favourite past time. The fair organizes for an outlandish display of handicrafts, gifts, furnishings & other antique things. The Hallow’s Eve is a nineteenth celebration of the Halloween. Again, Dickens of a Christmas transports us to the world of the Victorian Christmas. It is pertinent to note here that the availability of wheelchairs for the handicapped out here.
